Hello All, It has been quite a while since I have been able to be on here but I hope everyone is doing well. To give a quick up date on my story I have a 7 mm herniation but no major blockage of spinal fluid but severe headaches and neck and shoulder pain. I also have seizures but they don't think they are related to Chiari. I have seen two NS but they do not recommend decompression surgery so I am now scheduled on Friday to go into the hospital where they will sedate me and are going to do a bilateral cervical branch block and hope to block the nerves in my neck and facet joints to see if this helps my pain. I am a little nervous about this, has anyone heard of this or has ever had this done before? I would appreciate any input. Thank you very much.
