Cerebellar ptosis

I am a year and a half post op and have been having a lot of issues. My neck and head feel so weak and tired, I get bad headaches, am nauseous, dizzy and have blurry vision. I have been tested for a spinal fluid leak from the patch I had put in and nothing. I've been checked for instability at c1 and c2 and nothing. So my doctor tried me on Diamox to see if I have an increase in spinal fluid pressure. The medicine takes everything out of me, but my other symptoms improve. My primary doctor said that after looking at my MRI I could have cerebellar ptosis. It is a complication from decompression surgery where the cerebellum slumps into the space where bone was removed. He said there is a good chance my original surgeon won't redo the surgery because it would be seen as a mistake on his part. I am waiting for him to review my MRIs and have an appointment with him on the 11th and the following week have an appointment with a doctor who specializes in high spinal fluid pressure just to make sure.

Has anyone else had any of these issues and if so what happens next??

Thanks,

Jen
