just learned how to post pictures, here are a couple picture of my mri. any opinion of what you think of the chiari would be helpful. nsurgeon says its not the cause of problem.
I'm really bad at reading those but honestly without a CINE MRI there is no way to tell if the chiari is blocking CSF which is what causes the symptoms. I would press for a CINE! Also I would try to seek a specialist in chiari. Sorry I'm not more help!
thanks, my family dr gave me a name of another neurosurgeon , i've just been so busy taking care of my mom, step dad,and cousin i have'nt called yet. my nl wants one more mri of the thoracic spine cause i get such bad pain in the middle of shoulder blades and last year it came out normal, and on my right side and the rib x ray was normal. i guess its time to make a appt
