Has anyone had their symptoms improve over time without decompression surgery?
Not for me they just get worse as time goes by…

My symptoms seemed to be progressively worsening before my surgery! Not to say that is the case for everyone. A lot of my most bothersome symptoms were things like tingling and numbness in my hands and feet, lightheaded/dizziness, and extreme fatigue. Headaches were an issue but they could be controlled with meds as where the other things could not.
