I am very sensitive to medicines and now actually have anxiety about trying yet a new med. I hear great things about LDN in other conditions like MS, auto immune disorders, etc. Looking to talk to someone who has tried it for chiari chronic pain.

Before decompression I took fioricet when the pain was really bad. I limited it though because it is a narcotic, and only took the edge off anyway. Now post decompression I take 800 ibuprophen and aspirin- and I wear a soft cervical collar which is the best pain reliever yet. Before surgery I tried propranolol (which I now take again but for the beta blocker not the pain), midrin, migrin, zomig, topomax, steroids, and several others I cannot rembember. Good luck Lauren 
I take fiorecet every now and then too, nut not more than 2 days in a row or I get rebound headaches. Right now the only Meds I take are Ativan as a muscle relaxer cause I can’t take a true muscle relaxer, Zoloft, and toradol as needed. I do use a soft collar and heat too. I’ve destroyed my stomach with ibprophen. I will find something! Thank u:) good luck to u too!
Lauren, I forgot to tell you this too. OTC magnesium chelate makes a big difference! So does topical arnica or arnicare gel. Some say they get relief from the arnica pills too. Do you know where your vitamin d levels are? A lot if us are deficient and also the D3 supplement.
