Hi everybody!
Well… I have felt very lucky in my recovery so far. Of course I am stiff and having pain… but pain meds seems to be keeping on top of it.
I have had no sickness so far touch wood
The NHS hospital I am in offered acupuncture prior to surgery to help with post op nausea… and think that has helped 
I shall keep you guys updated xx

That's wonderful. My surgery is next week and I am still scared, but I am going to make it. Take care and recover quickly. :)
Congrats on making it thru surgery so well, and congrats on not throwing up (I'm impressed!).
Take good care of yourself, rest a lot and take your meds right on time so you stay ahead of the pain.

Hi glad you are feeling so well which hospital did you have your sudgery in I am waiting on the nhs so am interested where you had it done also about the acupunture take care xxxx

I was really surprised that the NHS would offer acupuncture!
To be fair its just a tiny plaster with a small needle underneath… but I think its working!
