What does my CT Scan report mean?

I recently got my CT Scan and MRI results from my last visit to ER and stay in the hospital for an incurable headache. I understand the MRI, which has slightly worsened since my last MRI in February..... However, I'm totally lost on the CT report. It says:

Bilateral deep white matter and subcortical white matter flair hyperintesities are identified in the posterior upper frontal lobes. From what i've been able to dissect on the internet is: lesions in the white matter. is that correct???

thank you....... i've learned Chiari is a medical condition, that very few NS know how to treat. It's taken me months, of trial and error with NS within my insurance network, to realize their knowledge is limited. I'm going to the Cleveland Clinic on June 18th.
