From reading your profile, I realize that Chiari must have had a big impact on your life, especially in your 20s. It must have been extremely frustrating to have pain all the time but no diagnosis - it leaves you up in the air and has you start to believe that you’re doing something wrong thats giving you pain.
But after your diagnosis, you got surgery very quickly, which is good. I want you to get involved in this community - ask questions (if you have any) and speak to other member’s threads. Maybe they can help you or you can help them.
