Hello does anyone know any breathig techniques that help with anxiety and bad panic attacks.until the last month i have never had anything like this and i get to the point were i can’t take it

I was diagnosed CM Type 2 in 1999, and have since developed a frontal lobe tumor. I've not had and don't plan of ever having the decompression surgery. (CSF flow is normal)
I too (last year) started having anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Something i'd never dealt with before. I use yoga breathing and meditation and it works wonders. I also take GABA and it helps tremendously! (See EarthClinic.com)
