So my daughter has Ehlers Danlos disease,Pots, Neurocardiogenic syncope and has had 39 surgeries. She has had migraines since she was little. She can’t have a MRI due to a pacemaker. They did a CT scan and still nothing but has a ton of symptoms of Chiari. Please can anyone help?
I empathize with your situation and realize the stress you may be under. The only thing you can do is to Google the two disease and you might get some answers. I just went on Wikipedia and found that the two are related. So just make sure you research. Hope this helps you and take care.

Wow 39 surgeries. You’d think her doctors would have order a MRI before she had a pacemaker. Does she have the classic symptoms. How old is she? Sometimes they can see a Chiari with a cat scan, but the only true way to get a better image, the MRI is still considered best. I would discuss this with her doctors and get their professional opinion. You should consult with symptoms and what she struggles with most.
Please let us know how she is doing.
You also might trying to give your daughter some peppermint tea for migraines. You can also check for other home remedies on line for the migraines. Right now I am doing the apple cider vinegar with water it seems to help.
