Hello group. I recently been diagnosed with Chiari blocked CSF flow and probable intracranial hypertension. I have constant dizziness kind of like I’m on a rocking jerking boat, Constant head pressure pain, problems with my memory and thinking and issues with my vision.
Does anyone else have symptoms similar to mine?
I’m just so worried to have decompression surgery and then find out that it really was migraine all along.
I’m sure everyone here who’s had surgery was scared. I just wish there was 100% accurate test to say yes it’s Chiari.
Some of it sounds like it. But if unsure please get an MRI. If that picture is yours looks like maybe but please see neurosurgeon or even two if you have to. We are here for support so don’t feel s scared. Best wishes!!!
I am going to a chiari specialist that specializes in chiari related symptoms. Look at you tube videos and educate your self. There are different things to help us surgery is the last.If you do get surgery I would use a chiari specialist a lot of us do.
