Has anyone research the Institute in Barcelona regarding how they do the Chiari Surgery? It is a technique called FILUM TERMINAL extends. It is a 30 minute procedure which involves cutting the Filum Terminal which relieves the tension on the spinal cord. All of the testominals my husband and I have been reading look amazing. Please let me know if anyone has looked into this?
