Any important bloodwork for those with chiari?

Just wondering if anyone has found any must have blood tests. Taking my son in for tests and only want to go once. Here’s what we can offer:
Gavin tested positive or genetic testing for celiac sprue and got better going gluten free. He seems to have an adverse reaction to dairy which cause an inflammatory response which triggers all his chiari symptoms not just his belly pain but no clear test for it right? Only what we see.
Gavin was low to deficient in iron (can cause more fatigue than usual) low vitamin e (can cause peripheral neuropathic pain which he did and does)" and low vitamin d which can cause leg pain and refusal to walk which he can’t today :frowning:
Any other tips or suggestions? I have to restate that neurontin topical rx and Hyland’s leg cramps have helped with soled of feet and spine pain respectively,
Thanks!

There isn't any blood work that helps with CM diagnosis or treatment. As a Mother I would go to the ends of the earth for my child. As a Chiarian, I would ask you to please take your child to a pediatric pain specialist. Is he seeing a Neurologist or Neurosurgeon? I understand that low vitamin levels can cause certain medical issues. What does his Dr. say about theses symptoms?
