# WEIRD change in body temperature - thoughts and advice please!

I've been diagnosed with Dysautonomia/POTS (same thing, POTS is just the more slang term for it). Either or are a collection of symptoms not a true diagnosis. I struggle with regulating my body temp. I know either extreme is rough on me (too hot or cold). I will also have issues intermittently so its not always with extremes. I do whatever it takes to regulate my temp and make sure to stay well hydrated.

You are still early in your recovery. This will probably sort itself out with some time.

I'm thinking it could be pain meds too. About an hour after I take mine I break out in a crazy heat wave!
