Have those of you who have had surgery found that it is easier to "cause" yourself neck/shoulder pain by sneezing/coughing? AND do you sometimes find it more difficult to chew more dense foods or just certain types of foods?

the reason i ask is because i been finding since my surgery it seems like its so much easier now for me to pull muscles in neck shoulder esp if i cough and sneeze at the same tiime (exactly what i did yesterday) and for awhile now ive been noticing again that chewing is becoming a task again.. so iam just curious.

Thank ya

~Lisa
