Hi, I was wondering if anybody could reccommend an alternative/similar to the chiari pillow? I do not live in america and I do not want to spend a huge amount on shipping, so has anybody found something that works well? Xx

I got a polyester fluffy pillow from IKEA that is similar to the Chiari pillow. The chiari pillow I have has pieces of memory form that mold to your neck and head. I used the IKEA after surgery because my chiari one felt to stiff. I am back to using it now.
