Hi all, I had my decompression 8 days ago the pain is more managable now but wow I was not prepared for feeling so dizzy and spaced out. The surgeon says this is due to the CSF reflowing into areas of the brain as my CSF was almost completely blocked and I have a syrinx,and that it will settle in time. Did any else experience this post op and how long did it take to settle. I can build up with the fatigue which is also pretty overwhelming at the momnet but the dizzyness is so hard.AT the moment most of the time is on the bed but I am making myself get up for short walks around the garden. My partner and mum are looking after the children, I cant do much else at the moment. Any guidance really appreciated.
