Hey everyone,
so i started work last week and at that point i was 7 weeks into recovery. I only do part time for right now because my neck hurts so much. But since i started work i've been noticing that my neck pain has been getting worse since i started working again, and i think it was because i didnt realize how much i move around at work, i have a desk job. But i make a lot of phone calls, and a lot of type and copying, printing, etc. I do a lot of stuff that causes me to move my head around a lot. And i dont want to keep taking pain pills and become dependent on them. Has anyone gotten physical therapy for this? or anything else to help?
