Lack of flow to vertebral artery <--What is that?

One of things found on my mri was lack of flow to verterbral artery I've already had decompression, so shouldn't that be flowing ok?

I'm assuming this is associated with Chiari correct?

Because of my MRI I needed further elevation and was to see surgeon. However just recently found out my work changed insurance companies. So the surgeon I was set to see is no longer covered.

Now moving on to see Dr Awad at the University of Chicago. Never heard of him, I called to get into Dr. Frimm but they won't talk to me as I've already been decompressed. They referred me to Dr. Awad. So we shall see????

Check into Dr. D. Anderson at Loyola Hospital. He's the Head of the Neurology Dept. I'm still on the mend from my decompression surgery. He treated me well and is very knowledgeable; the downside is there's ALOT of residents since its a medical Univ. UIC has a great department also, but its public and jammed up with alot of patients...Dr. Fady Charbel (another Dept Head)clipped an anuerism and saved my life on my first surgery.

There is also Dr. Nockles who I was suppose to see originally at Loyola
