Rough day today! actually one of the roughest in a long time! I woke up with a piercing headache in my temple, went to work anyway with a horrible headache and nausea. I only made it about 4 hours and came home. I have not had to do that done that since my before my decompression!

Going to get a good nights sleep and try it again tomorrow!

In in the south - New Orleans to be exact! so I don't think its pressure.
