# Child with chiari and syrinx

I would like to make contact with anyone who had the child go through decompression surgery. My 5 yr old will be having the surgery

Hi, Donna. Feel free to post your child’s story as a discussion for others to respond. You may also reach out by sending friend requests to those members with children here that have had decompression surgery. If you read through discussions you will find quite a few parents.
