# Chiari & Infertility/Hyperprolactinemia

Hello. My husband and I have been trying to conceive, and I have had consistently high prolactin levels. I had an MRI done to rule out a pituitary gland tumor/mass, and they found Chiari. My OB doesn't know anything about it, and I'm trying to find a link between this and the hyperprolactinemia. I'm also hoping for guidance as to what to ask/push for during my appt with my OB this coming Thursday. I found some information about Empty Sella syndrome, but I don't understand most of it. Does anyone have any advice?

I have exactly the Same as you chiari high prolacton and risk of being infertile if I have endometrous re occurrence. I cross fingers for you it such a horrible feeling of the unknown. I’m havong problems with the surgeons 2. 5 months is too long to wait forproper answers and scan reports
