# Anxiety meds

Hi..

I have been suffering with major anxiety and I am asking what has helped others in my position.

I do not want to take anything daily if I can help it....I was prescribed Inderal 10mg 3x daily as needed...I do feel some better.

I am unsure if the pain meds and other meds were the root cause of this increased anxiety...so I went off the pain meds..cold turkey as well as other meds that I was only taking as needed.

I am pushing through when I need to do something I , by the Grace of God get it done...I do feel hopefully that it is getting better. I just wanted to through this topic out here to see if others have ever had a bout of severe anxiety and how they dealt with it.
