It’s been a little while since I’ve posted. I am 5 months out of surgery. I was doing great until about 3 weeks ago when I started having headaches again. I have to go back into my hard collar again to see if it helps.

i am so sorry that you are having head aches again

do you think that maybe you over did it and that set off the head aches

have you called your doc
