# 11 Weeks Post Op

I woke up this morning feeling like my head was "under water". At 9 weeks I was told by my Dr. I could lay flat again (yeah)...I called my Dr. today about my unusual feeling...he told be to go back to sitting and laying at a 30 degree angle (recliner or wedge) until I see him in July...I have an MRI scheduled July 15th and see him again on July 18th...I get so tired of not being able to do anything...he had told me a couple weeks ago it takes about 2 years for the neck muscles to get back to "normal"
